Statement regarding Tuition and Fee Increases:

Domestic Cost-Sharing Fees are subject to the Cost-Sharing Framework of the Episcopal Conference regarding Seminaries, and the Archdiocese of Kampala. The Seminary’s new Cost-Sharing Fees Framework for the period from 2018/2019 takes immediate effect but is liable to revision at a later date with or without notification of all the parties concerned subject to approval by the Ugandan Episcopal Conference. Cost-Sharing Fees for International students are not subject to the Domestic Cost-Sharing Fees, but rather are communicated upon Admission to the Seminary.

Each student is expected to monitor their financial account with the Seminary Finance Authorities. Pay your fees at the bank prior to reporting for the next Semester. You must pay the total amount or else report with a Valid Letter from your Diocesan Bishop or Vocations Director. All fees are paid through a bank, and it usually takes three to five business days to process the payment to the Seminary account. Keep your slip – it’s your only proof of payment and present it to the Seminary for a receipt.

Service Charges
All fees and charges on banking are to be met by the paying party not the seminary.
